I write a weekly column for the Isle of Thanet Gazette, and have a monthly slot in both Writing Magazine and Booktime and, most recently, Woman's Weekly Fiction Special. I've written or contributed to articles in The New Writer, The Sunday Express, The Daily Express, The Times, The Sunday Times, The Guardian, The Sun, Elle, She, Family Circle, Psychologies, Woman, Woman's Own, Woman's Weekly, My Weekly, Scarlet magazine (a rather rude little piece that one was! ) and The Bookseller .

I started out by writing short stories and have had over a hundred published in such mags as Bella, Best, Chat, My Weekly, More, The People's Friend, Woman, Woman's Weekly, Woman's Realm, Fiction Feast, Pulp Fiction, Active Life, Candis, Take a Break and Your Cat (or actually my sister's cat since he was my inspiration for that one!) Some of them have been reprinted in Norway, Sweden, Australia, South Africa and the US (which is very nice as it's always great being paid twice!) I've also been a "Love Expert" for BEST - ho ho. Wish they'd ask me again.
